Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies and we reserve the right to charge the following fees:

• Up to 45 days before arrival: You may cancel free of charge. Any deposits paid will be refunded.
• Between 45 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.
• Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the total rental amount.

Cancellations must always be made in writing by email. The date of receipt shall be deemed the cancellation date. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of (part of) the rental price. Prior to making your booking, you must read through these terms and conditions and accept them in full.
