• Our chalets are non-smoking.
• Dogs are allowed (maximum of 1 per stay).
• The chalet is suitable for a maximum of 6 people.
• Parties and events are not permitted.

Park & house rules

• Siblu’s park rules also apply during your stay.
• The park has a family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere: parties and disturbances are not permitted.
• During your stay, we ask you to be considerate of other guests and the natural environment.
• Siblu’s full park rules and terms and conditions apply to your booking.

Peace & quiet & living environment

• Please be considerate of other guests in the park.
• Quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am: no loud music or noise disturbance.
• Siblu’s park rules (such as driving directions, parking regulations and general rules of conduct) must always be observed.

Use of the chalet

• Please treat the chalet and its contents with care.
• Please report any damage immediately so that we can work together to find a solution.

What you need to know before booking

• Our chalets are located on a Siblu holiday park; Siblu park rules also apply during your stay.
• The chalets are suitable for a maximum of 6 people.
• The park has a family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere: parties and disturbances are not permitted.
• Arrival and departure follow the park's check-in and check-out procedures.
• During your stay, we ask that you be considerate of other guests and nature.
  

On departure

• Dishes washed and put away
• Rubbish disposed of at the designated waste collection points
• Leave the chalet tidy and swept clean
• Switch off the thermostat and air conditioning

Sustainability

• Our chalet is fully electric and sustainable: please help by using energy, water and waste responsibly.
• Standard energy and water consumption is included. A surcharge may be applied in the event of demonstrably excessive consumption.
• Please separate waste in accordance with the park regulation

Safety

• Barbecuing is only permitted using the barbecue provided at the chalet.
• Open fires and fireworks are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies and we reserve the right to charge the following fees:

• Up to 45 days before arrival: You may cancel free of charge.Any deposits paid will be refunded.
  
• Between 45 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.
• Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the total rental amount.
  
  

Cancellations must always be made in writing by email. The date of receipt shall be deemed the cancellation date. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of (part of) the rental price. You must read and fully accept these terms and conditions prior to making your booking.
